ABOUT REBEKAH
Dr Rebekah Jade Lawrence is a medical doctor, yoga teacher, DJ, and community wellness founder.
She has spent the past decade learning how to be well through the eyes of medicine and science. After facing her own challenges with mental health, she learned the value of slowing down and engaging with mind-body practices such as yoga and breathwork. This led her to spend a month abroad, learning the history, philosophy and practices of Raja Yoga, to deepen her understanding of what it means to care for the body, mind, and soul.
Rebekah is passionate about helping others reach their full potential in life, while nourishing their well-being, and about creating inclusive spaces to reduce the inequalities that exist in health and wellness.
She is the founder of Pana, a community that aims to elevate the health and happiness of the black community and allies through yoga.
